ABI begins partnership with Western China communications organization

Increase information exchange between Brazil and China. With this objective, the Brazilian Press Association signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the West China International Communication Organization (WCICO) this month. ABI begins partnership with Western China communications organization

The first step of the partnership will be the creation of the Bridging News Brasil Liaison Office, a WCICO financial media channel dedicated to providing information abroad. It is the third office of its kind, after the offices in Rome, Italy, and Lima, Peru.

“This new station will play a fundamental role in supporting news for Chinese companies looking to extend their reach in Brazil”, explains ABI’s director of Journalism, Moacyr de Oliveira Filho, who signed the agreement together with Zhao Wujun, director of the Organization of West China International Communication (WCICO).

Bridging News has an application that disseminates stories from Chongqing and western cities in China to users around the world, with information, diverse interaction patterns and different forms of services.
