The criminals on a motorcycle threatened Alessadro Chávez Farfán (20) with a knife and stole his cell phone in the Esperanza Eterna cemetery. Minutes later they were arrested by the National Police and taken to the police station.

The police officers would have chosen to return the stolen cell phone to the victim, so they contacted him and told him that they were going to deliver the equipment to him personally, before Alessandro made the report.
