The Peruvian Airports and Commercial Aviation Corporation (Corpac) guaranteed that operations at the Jorge Chávez International Airport and other terminals in the country will be carried out normally during the APEC Forum.
The entity denied rumors of a possible paralysis of the air traffic control service, clarifying on social networks that these reports are unfounded.
“We categorically reject the rumors about a possible paralysis in the air traffic control service spread in some media and social networks,” indicated through X.
It is worth remembering that the Corpac Aeronautical Specialists Union (Sineacor) announced a strike on November 13 and 14, dates on which the leaders of the main economies that make up APEC arrive in Peru.
