The fugitive owner of Free Peru, Vladimir Cerron, would have been seen in a restaurant in Pucallpa on November 2, according to Ucayali media reports.
According to the 24 hour news program, the person sentenced for the Wanka Aerodrome case would have had lunch with a congresswoman at the ‘Flor de Retama’ restaurantlocated at the intersection of Aviación Avenue and Túpac Amaru, in the Callería district, near the center of Pucallpa.

For the moment, the identity of the parliamentarian who accompanied the former governor of Junín is kept confidential.
According to information released by local media, the Police in Pucallpa deployed an operation to find Cerrón’s whereabouts. But they didn’t find it.
It was also known that the police intelligence unit geolocated the cell phone of the Cerronista fugitivewhich indicated that it was close to the restaurant.
Days ago, the general commander of the PNP, Víctor Zanabria, reported that they were very close to capturing the former governor.
“There has been a blow to 7 houses in Huancayo, Chupaca and other towns, in which we have been very close to the capture of Vladimir Cerrón,” he said in statements to Canal N.
Cerrón has been a fugitive from justice for more than a year. The Perulibrist was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison for having signed a contract for the construction of an air terminal without considering the ruling of the General Directorate of Investment Policy (DGPI) of the Ministry of Economy.
