However, since that date, Jesús Poma, the former presidential driver’s lawyer, until this Sunday, has not received a response from the Police.
This puts him at risk of being able to testify tomorrow as he does not have the green light from his superiors.
Due to this, this morning, Poma sent a letter of insistence to the Police Command to respond and decide whether or not to authorize Montalvo’s statement, tomorrow, Monday, in the Oversight Commission.
