The Public ministry questioned two witnesses who worked with the late former legislator Moisés Mamani, in the oral trial against the former congressman Kenji Fujimori and three others accused of the alleged crime of bribery and influence peddling.
In the interpellation of the incumbent Supreme Deputy Prosecutor Alcides Chinchay, the former security member of mamani explained that the former minister Bruno Guffra would have offered his boss public works for the Puno region if he voted against the vacancy of Pedro Pablo Kuczynski (PPK).
In his turn, Mamani’s former adviser, who also participated in the meeting with the former Minister of Transport and Communications, indicated that Giuffra offered the late former congressman a meeting -in the short term- with PPKin exchange for their support of the Government.
