Bogotá, Feb 24 (Prensa Latina) The leader of the Comunes party Pastor Alape denounced today the attack on the community in the process of reincorporation, in Puerto Guzmán, Colombian department of Putumayo, where a former guerrilla peace signer was assassinated.
