According to information from news journalist Román Camacho, councilor Pedro Martínez was in the sector when a subject, without saying a word, approached him and shot him.
Pedro Martínez, substitute councilor of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), in the Sucre municipality, was murdered in Zone 5 of the José Félix Ribas neighborhood, according to news journalist Román Camacho.

According to Camacho’s information, the councilor was in the sector when a subject, without saying a word, approached him and shot him.

The councilor was taken to a health center, but arrived without vital signs. Police officials went to Pérez de León to begin investigations and identify the person responsible for this murder.
Camacho indicated that the first versions indicate that the suspect is nicknamed Chino Crespo. “It would be commanded by alias Danielito, from the Wilexis gang,” he highlighted.
