Puno: Cattle herder was found dead in the middle of snowfall in Ananea

The specialized section police officers and the prosecutor on duty carry out a series of procedures to clarify the causes of the death of a resident who was dedicated to herding alpacas, in the jurisdiction of the district of Ananea, province of San Antonio de Putina.

A citizen, who was walking in the area, alerted the authorities about the discovery of the body of a man lying in the middle of the snowfall, near the place called K’arq’amocco, in the Trapiche town center.

The agents of the municipal security of the Ananea district They arrived in the area and confirmed that the man was dead, so they informed the police and the prosecutor on duty. for the removal of the corpse.

During the proceedings, the authorities observed that the inert body presented blood stains on the face so they do not rule out possible murder. Although they said they will wait for the result of the legal autopsy to determine the cause of this citizen’s death.

The deceased was identified as Vicente Julio Alberto Mamani Zela (65), who was dedicated to herding alpacas for a citizen of the Trapiche community. The inert body was transferred and admitted to the Ananea morgue to continue with the proceedings.
