The general secretary of the National Union of Education Workers (SNTE) and senator for Morena, Alfonso Cepeda Salas, announced that in the coming days all the general secretaries of the country’s union sections will meet with the secretary of Public Education (SEP) , Mario Delgado Carrillo, in order to present their demands for each entity.

We are making good progress, I think it will not take long before we have an initiative ready to review the Legal Department of the Government of the Republic so that it can then be sent to one of the two chambers of the federal congress.
Cepeda Salas highlighted that the SNTE has the support of 12 fellow federal deputies ready to fight, and in the Senate, we are constantly lobbying to understand why it is urgent to reform this law that has done so much damage to us.
