ANTAURO Party will appeal the Supreme Court ruling that orders its ban

Alex Floresa congressman and member of the National Alliance of University Workers, Reservists and Workers Alliance party (ANTAURO), announced that his group will appeal the ruling of the Supreme Court that declares its illegality.

“It is an undemocratic, unconstitutional and arbitrary measure because opinion is not punished in the country,” the Antaurist said on RPP this Friday.

In that sense, he said that they are “sure that ultimately they will annul this decision, which is more political than legal.”

During the interview, Flores said that his leader, the man convicted of murder and kidnapping, Antauro Humalais not compared to Hitler and Mussolini, because the last two carried out what they preached.

“The comparison he makes with Musollini and Hitler is not exact, because there they have taken action, they have put into practice what they have preached. But here, what is being done, is a party whose proposals and it cannot be declared illegal for that,” he said.
