Hundreds of state workers mobilized in the city of Huancayo, against Law No. 32103 that limits them to carrying out economic negotiations with the authorities and officials on duty. They assure that if they are not listened to, they would radicalize their fighting measures.
Hundreds of workers who make up the unions in the municipalities and other State organizations, mobilized along Calle Real in Huancayo, after participating in a plenary session, where they reported on the limitations of Law No. 32103, a rule that was approved this year. by the Congress of the Republic promulgated by the Executive.
“I have worked as a municipal police officer since 2015. I started with a salary of 800 soles and since then they have not increased our salary. However, we have collective bargaining that allows us to receive a little more compensation. Look at the Government, they do approve everything in their favor,” said Idelón Crespo Palomino.

Protestants hope that Congress and the Executive can reconsider and repeal this norm that does not allow collective negotiations.
“We are demanding that congressmen repeal this rule. Direct negotiation allows us to improve remuneration, depending on the capacity and resources of each institution. On average you can give 200 soles”, said the regional secretary of the Workers’ Union of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, César Ramos.
For their part, workers from other entities noted that this law would not allow them to access training and other types of events, since it does not allow economic negotiations, that is, the investment made in workshops, talks and other , they would stop being made.
The march took place only on Calle Real, in Huancayo, waiting for a response from the spokespersons who came to the city of Lima.
