According to the substantiation of the request, del Águila is investigated, in the Chibolín case, because allegedly in her capacity as head of the Superintendency of Migration she had claimed to have influence with said entity by offering to intercede to expedite the process of renouncing Roberto Siucho’s nationality.
On the other hand, the CSJ also granted to extend the period for lifting the banking secrecy and the tax reserve by 60 days for Hurtado and del Águila.
In September, it is recalled, the PJ ordered the lifting of the banking secrecy and tax reserve of Hurtado and Del Águila, in the preliminary investigation they face in the Public Ministry for the alleged crime of influence peddling.
The Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the possible participation of the comedian known as ‘Chibolín’ and the former official in the procedure carried out by the soccer player Roberto Siucho Neira, in 2019, to renounce his Peruvian nationality, with the aim of being able to play in China.
The lifting of banking secrecy would make it possible to discover possible banking transactions in the accounts of those investigated during or after the Siucho Neira process.
