“We demand that the central government provide an immediate solution, taking all the measures necessary for clear blockages in the different roads of the country that are isolating the department of Cochabamba,” states the document from the Cochabamba sectors.

Likewise, he demanded that the Government “adopt all mechanisms to guarantee public order and free transit and, if necessary, dictate a state of siege, just as the previous president and current blockade Juan Evo Morales Ayma did, in the capture of the governor at that time, Leopoldo Fernández, in the 2008 administration.”
