They detected undeclared work in 65% of Buenos Aires gastronomic establishments

The Ministry of Labor reported on Thursday that 65% of the gastronomic establishments revealed during January and February in the City of Buenos Aires did not have their workers registered.

“308 inspections were carried out in eight gastronomic poles of the City during January and February. Of the total establishments surveyed, 201 presented detection of unregistered work, which constitutes 65% of the inspected establishments,” the labor portfolio reported in a statement. .

The controls in the gastronomic sector were carried out by the National Directorate for Labor Inspection, within the framework of the National Plan for Labor Regularization (PNRT), adds the information.

In turn, a total of 1,338 workers were relieved, of which 606 did not have an Early Registration Code (CAT), which results in 45% of unregistered workers.
