That figure will place Morena with double the resources of Acción Nacional (PAN), which will have 1,307 million pesos.
The cherry party will have 2.6 more resources than the Institutional Revolutionary for all of 2025, since it will raise 989.8 million pesos and will also have 2.6 more money than the Citizen Movement, with 976.6 million pesos.
The Green Party will have public financing of 838.3 million pesos and the Labor Party (PT) 675.6 million pesos.
The law provides that the total resources that political parties will have annually are determined with a formula that considers the number of citizens on the Nominal List of Voters (LNE) as of August, times 0.65 of the Measurement and Update Unit.
This results in next year’s purse being 7,354 million pesos, an amount that is divided into two purses.
70%, which by 2025 is 7,000 million pesos, is distributed among registered parties so that they can carry out their ordinary activities: property rentals, personal services, furniture, transportation.
The remaining 30%, in this case for next year, 210.1 million pesos, is divided equally between the parties and given to them for specific activities: civic education, editorial tasks.
They also have resources that are assigned to them according to their electoral weight, to strengthen the political leadership of women, a total of 210.1 million pesos.
To support their activities, political institutes receive the service of postal and telegraphic franchises, the value of the former is 140 million pesos and the latter 693.4 million pesos.
But this prerogative is delivered in kind to the political institutes, which is why it is not counted as a resource exercised directly by the parties.
