The Turicarami Walk which is located in the province of Sullanawas declared a tourist resource of regional interest. This important decision seeks to promote tourism development in the area and strengthen its attractiveness as a visited destination.
Unanimously, the regional councilors decided to approve this initiative that is promoted by the management of Mayor Marlem Mogollón and was welcomed by the regional councilor Rosa María Seminario, who brought the opinion to the Regional Council. With this they seek to position Paseo Turicarami as a tourist reference at a regional level.

During the session, the Economic Development Manager of the Municipality of Sullana, Koritza Pérez de Lama and the municipal manager Danilo Calle Castillo, substantiated this regional ordinance by the Municipality of Sullana.
