What classifications are there in Group A of Sisben?
This group is subdivided into five subgroups, which are:
– A1
– A2
– A3
– A4
– A5
Each of them reflects different levels of vulnerability within extreme poverty, where subgroup A1 represents the most critical situation and A5 the least severe.

If you belong to group A, you must keep in mind that to enter this program, you are evaluated:
– Priority by territory: Some areas of the country have higher priority due to their level of food vulnerability.
– Home composition: Households with children, adolescents under 18 years of age, people with disabilities, or indigenous families have greater relevance.
– Older adults: If there is an elderly beneficiary of Colombia Mayor in the home, over 80 years old and in extreme poverty, they will also have priority.

How can I check if I am eligible for this benefit?
1. Visit the Citizen Income portal: If you want to do the corresponding verification, go to rentaciudadana.prosperidadsocial.gov.co .
2. Do Click on the button that says “Check here if you are registered”. Select the type of document you have (identity card, identity card, civil registry, etc.).
3. Login your document number and your date of birth.
4. Complete the captcha to verify that you are not a robot and click “Consult”.
5. The platform will indicate if you are registered as a beneficiary of the program.
