The document states that everything would be financed by the United States Department of Defense.
“The entry into the territory of the Republic of military personnel of the Department of Defense of the United States of America, with weapons of war, is authorized from November 4 to 24, 2024, to carry out support activities before, during and after the development of the “APEC 2024 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum”, within the framework of Supreme Decree No. 042-2022-RE, modified by Supreme Decree No. 058-2022-RE”, is detailed in the document.
