Agents of the Bolivarian National Police located 45 panels of cocaine that were on the shores of Copacabana beach, Carúpano, Sucre state.
According to the police report, the shipment was placed in two nylon bags.
Another anti-drug procedure was carried out at the Citizen Service Point in La Lagunita, Libertador municipality (Tocuyito), Carabobo, where they seized 44 panels of cocaine with a total weight of 47 kilos 200 grams, according to minutes of Detachment 411 of the Bolivarian National Guard . The drugs were transported on the wheel axles of an Iveco Stralis truck, license plate A79EI1P.
Another vehicle was seized and the occupants of both were detained: Juan Gabriel Escalante Contreras and Hernán José Suárez Morán, coming from Chivacoa (Yaracuy) bound for the city of Caracas.
