Through a statement, the Special Commission has announced the publication of the final merit list corresponding to the public merit contest for the selection of the new members of the National Board of Justice (JNJ). This decision has been made in accordance with the provisions of articles 93 and 94 of Law No. 30916, Organic Law of the JNJ, with the support of more than two-thirds of the legal number of members of the Special Commission, a key requirement to validate this process.
The merit table reflects the final results obtained by each applicant throughout the different evaluation stages. These stages, outlined within the framework of current legal provisions, have been previously published and executed with total transparency, allowing applicants to meet the required requirements.
