The leader of Cabildo Abierto (CA), Guido Manini Ríos, first greeted the two winners in this instance towards the runoff on November 24: Yamandú Orsi and Álvaro Delgado.
He then pointed out that the low vote “is my responsibility, leader of Cabildo Abierto.”
He assured that CA’s votes will be “for the Republican Coalition (Delgado) to triumph.”
The CA vote was 2.4%. achieving only two seats in the Chamber of Deputies and none in the Senate, according to primary data.
