“When I get to door six, I find around 12 colleagues who were on the sidewalk, they were not obstructing any roads, they were encapsulated and asking to be let out. Seeing that, I looked for the commander in charge and I couldn’t find him and I started telling the police officers to let me enter with my colleagues so I could have their names and promote protection (…) and suddenly out of nowhere I was already encapsulated,” she said. .
Because she was incommunicado and her right to free movement was in danger, she said that they filed a request for protection. He commented that he ratified it and “will be waiting for what the judge determines.”
He also commented that he finds the actions of the police officers worrying, which is why he mentioned that a review of the actions of the security elements is important.
