The Venezuelan ambassador to Paraguay, Ricardo Capella, met with his accredited counterparts in that country, to discuss issues such as the use of national currencies in transactions between its members and commercial partners, with the aim of reducing dependence on the dollar.
The meeting was organized in the city of Asunción by the Russian ambassador, Alexander Pisarev, after his participation in the Brics summit in Russia and was attended, in addition to Ambassador Capella, by representatives of Russia, India, Brazil, Turkey and Bolivia.
The meeting ended with the reaffirmation that it is necessary to create a balance in the world in favor of equality between nations and the right to have a future with affinity and freedom.
