Military personnel assigned to the First Company of Detachment No. 111 of Zone Command No. 11 of the Bolivarian National Guard arrested six people dedicated to illicit drug trafficking in the city of Maracaibo.
The first procedure took place on the main avenue, Nuestra Esperanza sector, belonging to the Francisco Eugenio Bustamante parish of the Maracaibo municipality.
The arrested drug distributors were identified as: Anthony Franco, Lewis Valencia and Alexander Valencia.
A second procedure was developed in the Las Tuberías sector, belonging to the Idelfonso Vásquez parish of the Maracaibo municipality, where three women belonging to the Wayuu ethnic group were captured in flagrante delicto, who were selling a panela-type wrapper with 56 cigarette-type doses of marijuana with total weight of 661 grams, an irregularly shaped microwrap and seven doses of alleged cocaine.
