Carlos Pimentel continues to join the list of officials who hold two parallel positions in the current Government.
This action has been manifested on several occasions during the past and current administration of the President of the Republic Luis Abinader.

Through decree 624-24 Carlos Pimentel was appointed as the executive director of Public-Private Partnerships, filling the space left by Sigmeund Freund who currently manages the Ministry of Public Administration.
COE Director
Another double function that raised questions was the presentation of the director of the Emergency Operations Center, Juan Manuel Méndez, in the Directorate of Medical Emergencies of the National Health Service, DAEH, which debuted with alleged irregularities in the rental of vehicles and medical and rescue supplies.
