The areas in charge of managing talent in companies have evolved from having a purely administrative function to becoming a strategic and fundamental element in organizations. The importance of offering continuous training, promoting a balance between personal and work life, establishing talent management policies and systems that use tools to measure the degree of loyalty of employees with your company are strategies that, without a doubt, seek to ensure the loyalty and sustained growth of talent. However, this is just the beginning.

Currently, there are three fundamental aspects that must be considered in organizations: innovation, digital transformation and sustainability. The integration of these axes is key to attracting, attracting and retaining the best talent, with a vision for the future. To achieve this, the selection process becomes a crucial part, which seeks to ensure the incorporation of professionals who have a good cultural fit with the company. This term refers to the degree to which an employee identifies with the values, beliefs and behaviors of a company.

The first two axes respond to the fact that today agile and dynamic profiles are sought, where talent also wants to enhance their digital, analytical and technological skills, even if this could mean taking on more complex challenges.

Thanks to the passionate and committed talent of its members, a company achieves valuable contributions in both innovative ideas and good practices, allowing organizations to achieve their sustainable objectives and move towards a more prosperous future. In a recent survey conducted by the firm PwC of 5,000 workers from 95 countries, it was concluded that 68.6% of them considered that environmental policies and practices are a crucial factor in choosing an employer.

In a constantly evolving work environment, it is essential that companies not only attract talent, but also share their cultural fit, challenging and inspiring them. A strategic approach to talent management will not only foster a positive work environment, but will also propel organizations towards a successful future. In the end, cultivating a team that is committed and aligned with the company’s objectives is the key to achieving true organizational potential.
