Loans and spending quality
Castillo criticized the large amount of loans taken by this government in just 4 years. “The PRM government has put the country in debt at unimaginable levels, more than 40 billion dollars in loans and the built works are not visualized, let’s take as an example the electrical sector, a complete disaster and just yesterday about 300 million dollars were approved for that dying sector,” he noted.
