The Minister of Security, Frank Alexis Ábrego, held a rapprochement meeting with the mayors of the province of Chiriquí, to discuss issues regarding the work being carried out in matters of public security.
During the meeting that took place in the Provincial Government, those present exchanged ideas regarding security in the different municipalities, issues about smuggling, irregular migration and rustling, among other topics.
Vice Mayor Guillermo Morales stated that it is important to carry out joint work among the provincial authorities to achieve excellent work in matters of public safety.
“Municipalities must work hand in hand with the security establishments, to achieve clear objectives that help promote good habits and counteract all types of crimes,” he pointed out.
