Maduro greets Con El Mazo Dando's 500th program and ratifies success in Russia

From the Russian city of Kazan, the head of state stated that “the battle continues, the victory belongs to us. Long live the Mazo!”

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, celebrated from the Russian city of Kazan the broadcast of program No. 500 of Con El Mazo Dando, moderated by the first vice president of the PSUV government party.

In an audiovisual broadcast on the weekly program, the first national leader along with the first combatant, Cilia Flores, took a walk along the banks of the Volga and greeted the 500th broadcast.

“Congratulations, good health, long life and continue defending the truth of Venezuela, the deep truth of our people. The battle continues, the victory belongs to us. “Long live the Mazo!” exclaimed Maduro.

For her part, the country’s first fighter highlighted Diosdado Cabello’s perseverance for her 500 broadcasts in which “she has informed the people and with good humor,” adding that both she and the president “we do not miss the Mazo, to have the first-hand news and also to laugh a lot and know what happens on the other side of the ‘evil’ [de la oposición]. So go ahead!” Flores encouraged.

On the other hand, the head of state ratified the “tremendous success” of Venezuela during his participation in the XVI Summit of the BRICS countries and highlighted that they continue to “advance in the new world of the 21st century.”

“Receiving hugs from emerging powers, from people who want freedom and independence,” he stated.
