His venture Deliplus is shown as a non-traditional gourmet pastry offering that marks the beginning of a new chapter in his life.

“We offer artisanal products, without preservatives or colorants, made in our production center, and thus little by little we have managed to combine quality and authenticity,” says Cily. It all started in the middle of the pandemic in 2020, and he says that “we opened our pastry shop, using my mother’s millefeuille cake recipe to enter the market, and since then we have expanded the offer with new recipes, conquering the palates of customers and among them my lifelong friends.”

Mobile coffee and sweets table

In 2023, the idea arose to get even closer to its customers by creating DeliPlus To Go, an innovative mobile cafe concept mounted on a traditional Piaggio Moto Ape. This mobile cafe, with a modern and minimalist design, includes a menu of specialty coffees and several sweet and savory products exclusive to Deliplus.

A gastronomic experience

Since its inception, Deliplus’ main sales channel has been delivery, ensuring that the products arrive in perfect condition to meetings with friends, birthdays and entertainment. Its extensive menu includes snacks, individual and complete cakes, as well as savory options, sandwiches and other delicacies of Spanish cuisine. The diversity of products makes it difficult to record monthly sales, but it includes several weekly orders for its ‘box lunch’, consolidating the brand in the market.

Cily has demonstrated constant updating and learning in techniques and trends in the world of pastry and gastronomy. Their innovative vision and desire to offer products of the highest quality without the use of preservatives or colorants have been the key to the success of Deliplus and DeliPlus To Go.
