The ministers who make up the Vice Presidency for Social and Territorial Socialism met this Tuesday to organize the tasks proposed by President Nicolás Maduro, during his weekly program in which he addressed the strengthening of Popular Power.
In this regard, Sector Vice President Héctor Rodríguez reported that at the meeting they agreed to reorganize and validate the communal circuits with a projection of achieving the consolidation of 5 thousand communes by 2026 and – based on this – harmonize the criteria for the territorial approach to the policies of the State, says a press release.
They also approved accelerating the territorialization plan of the six Great New Generation Missions, which covers: Forming teams in communal circuits, forming the vanguard at the national level and organizational meetings in the communities.
Likewise, the conceptual, programmatic and infrastructure proposal of the University of the Communes will be designed, as well as accelerate the reform process of the 5 laws of Popular Power and the National Budget Law.
This Monday, the Venezuelan head of state instructed ministers and vice presidents to give greater prominence to Venezuelan families by forming more communes to “achieve the Communal State.”
“All plans must be based on the territory to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development in our communities,” he said.
