Through an official letter sent to the president of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations, Rosío Torres (Alliance for Progress), the legislator asked said working group to initiate the corresponding procedures.
Yarrow adopted this measure in order to prevent the complaint from being rejected in the subcommittee, after said working group agreed to prioritize it in its session held on February 11.
