Three weeks after the arrest of Rafael Ramírez, which occurred on October 1 in the afternoon by officials of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin), Linares He said that the mayor is an “honest, hard-working man, who has dedicated his life to fighting for others” and stated that the mayor’s workers have “faced very difficult times,” but that they have “stood up to show the truth and “the honesty that characterizes our management.”
The mayor’s wife made a special call to the authorities to make a “humanitarian gesture” so that Assenza and Berrio can return to their homes. He recalled that both are mothers, lawyers and honest professionals, with a technical profile, “with absolutely no political ties”; Therefore, she requested that their cases be reviewed so that they can return home to their daughters.
Vanessa Linares exemplified the mayor’s management with the case of urban sanitation.
