He stressed that “if we triumph on July 28, it is to make the great transformation that Venezuela needs now.”
5 thousand organized communes
Maduro stated that in two years they must achieve five thousand communes organized, “well structured and with productive projects; It is a plan that is hot,” he stated.
In addition, he instructed the carrying out of a simple study to evaluate the organizational level, the capacity to convene and the qualitative and quantitative development of all the communes and communal circuits that will be integrated.
