The incident occurred last weekend and was reported by one of those affected on TikTok. Park technicians were apparently unable to resolve the situation quickly, leading passengers to evacuate manually.
Fortunately, the park activated safety protocols, and all visitors were evacuated without suffering physical injuries.
However, not everything was good news, as some tourists experienced panic attacks when they found themselves at a considerable height, which generated a tense atmosphere during the rescue.
This event recalled another similar episode that took place in early 2024, where emergency situations were also reported on the park’s attractions.

«The eyes of the world are on Cali and Colombia today. And from here, in the middle of this fertile land, from this vibrant city, I call on the world and the leaders present to abandon messages of hate and division and replace them with messages of unity and joint work,” said the president of the caleños.
