The electoral authorities continue to receive notifications of suspensions of the reform of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF), which will delay the ruling of the upper chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF) regarding the appeals filed.
Until yesterday, the National Electoral Institute (INE) had been notified of more than 160 suspensions, to which were added 115 new notifications on the same files, including incidents and extensions of the cases.
In turn, TEPJF sources anticipated that in its next resolution, it will ratify precisely that the Constitution gives the decisions of the upper chamber of this court a character of superiority in electoral matters, an area where protections are not admitted.
