Venezuelans ask Unicef ​​to advocate for minors detained in protests

Venezuelan citizens living abroad participated this Sunday, October 20, in protests to ask the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef) to intercede for the young people who were detained in Venezuela after the presidential elections of July 28.

Protests took place in several countries. The Vente Venezuela organization, led by María Corina Machado, reported in a press release that the demonstrations took place in 60 cities, in countries such as the United States, Spain, Sweden, Israel, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium and Countries.
