The authority said that the 23 detained people, who were read their rights; as well as the six boats, the alleged drugs and the seized fuel, were placed at the disposal of the competent authorities.
The responsible institutions have already begun the integration of the corresponding research portfolio.
The Secretary of the Navy estimates that what was insured represents a loss of more than 2,099 million Mexican pesos for the involved cartel.
”It is noteworthy that 18 days into the present administration, the following results have been obtained: 37 detainees and the seizure of 11,752 kilograms of alleged drugs, eight fast boats, two semi-submersibles, 23 outboard motors, 12 “1,825 liters of fuel, which is equivalent to more than 2,908 million Mexican pesos, which represents an economic impact that directly weakens criminal groups,” he stated.
