MINSA reports 140 positive cases, 0 deaths and 32 patients in ICU due to Covid-19

The authorities remind the population that, although the vaccination process is progressing as scheduled, it is important not to lower our guard as the battle against COVID-19 has not been won.

The Ministry of Health in its epidemiological report for this Thursday, October 28, counts 140 new positive cases for a cumulative total of. 472,197.

The number of recovered patients to date amounts to 462,681, while 7,051 new tests were applied, which maintains a positivity percentage of 1.9%.

In the last 24 hours, no deaths have been reported, maintaining a cumulative total of 7,314 and a fatality of 1.5%.

Active cases total 2,202, while 2,015 are reported in home isolation and 89 patients are in hospital hotels.

The hospitalized number 155 patients and 32 in the intensive care room.
