News Colombia.

An unusual situation has arisen in Ibagué, Tolima, where a woman whose identity remains anonymous has filed a protection action against the president of the United States, Joe Biden, and his vice president, Kamala Harris. The plaintiff alleges that she was a victim of espionage after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, in which she maintains that she was implanted with an artificial intelligence device that constantly monitors her movements and activities.

According to the document presented, the woman claims that this device, supposedly implanted in her body, allows its creators to continue her daily life, which represents a violation of her fundamental rights.

According to Semana magazine, it was reported that the plaintiff is requesting million-dollar compensation of 50 million dollars. This amount is requested as compensation for the damage that, according to her, she has suffered due to the alleged implantation of the device.

The situation became even more complicated when the woman stated that she did not receive a response to a petition sent to President Biden, which she considered a “positive administrative silence.”

He has evidence to prove it, according to the guardianship

In the guardianship, according to the media mentioned above, the plaintiff claims to have evidence that would demonstrate that her body has been used as a vehicle to extract “sensitive” information, although no specific details about this evidence have been presented.

«Facts: implantation of a foreign object in the body with artificial intelligence technology. I have proof on my body that I will prove with a spy exam. Violating the rights of the victim (…) lawsuit against the president of the United States and vice president (…) lawsuit in the amount of 50 million tax-free dollars,” the text of the guardianship states.

Now, the decision to accept or reject the request falls to the judge assigned to the case, who will have the difficult task of evaluating the legality and basis of this unusual lawsuit. This case has sparked various reactions in public opinion, generating debates about privacy, vaccination and the use of technology in daily life.
