Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) predicted rain showers starting this Friday, due to the approach of a riot located east of the Lesser Antilles.
The downpours will be recorded over the provinces of Puerto Plata, María Trinidad Sánchez, Samaná, Duarte, Juan Sánchez Ramírez, Monte Plata, Santo Domingo and the National District.
The rainfall will also extend to Monseñor Nouel, La Vega, Santiago de los Caballeros, San Cristóbal and San José de Ocoa, according to the Indomet report.
