After being removed from Aerolíneas Argentinas, Pablo Biró threatened legal action

The recent announcement of Pablo Birohead of the pilots’ union of the Airline Pilots Association (APLA), to initiate legal action after his removal from the Board of Directors of Aerolíneas Argentinas has generated a great stir in the aeronautical and union spheres.

Pablo Birowho was expelled from his position on the airline’s Board of Directors, has decided to challenge in court the shareholders’ meeting that made this decision, arguing that it is an unfair and hostile measure towards the aeronautical unions.
