About 100 workers from the Judicial Branch of the Federation (PJF) yesterday blocked circulation for two hours on the international bridges of Córdoba (Libre) and Santa Fe, in the central area of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, in rejection of the judicial reform.
They announced that they will continue to strike in protest against the constitutional amendment approved by the Congress of the Union. They pointed out that they are shameful and irresponsible
the changes that will be made by 2025, as it will affect all employees equally.
They pointed out that closing the two most used international bridges in said border town is part of a national protest, after the raffle draw that took place over the weekend in the Senate, where they drew the names of the magistrates and judges who will be replaced next year, including nine from Chihuahua.
This is a protest at the national level, it is no longer just about the reform of the Judiciary, but rather about a labor situation in which they warned us that a radical change is coming, which is going to harm us all.
explained Karla, one of the PJF employees who have participated in all the mobilizations.
Yesterday there were also demonstrations in repudiation of the judicial reform in Aguascalientes, Jalisco and Nuevo León, where workers supported continuing the strike that began two months ago.
In Aguascalientes, about 250 protesters marched through several avenues, while in Jalisco they announced that they are looking for involve entrepreneurs
