Almost imploring, in a clear demonstration of his already unconcealable weakness, The national government has insisted, so far without receiving a response, on the call for dialogue with Evo Morales who, for several days, has remained entrenched in his Chapareño bastion and does not seem willing to attend the meeting with President Luis Arce in the Big House of the People.
The fratricidal war between the former allies under the creed and flag of massism, Now deeply fractured, it has worsened and makes a rapprochement unlikely so that the coca leader does not end up breaking ties with ‘brother Lucho’ and, instead, makes his economic proposal known, according to what was stated by the Minister of the Presidency, in charge of the call addressed to ‘commander’ Evo and his ‘General Staff’ who already has his sights set on 2025 and even said he had included in his ‘government program’ the promise of an increase and double bonus of the Renta Dignidad.
And while the Government, in a permissive and unscrupulous attitude, chooses to look the other way, Morales sneezes in the investigation opened against him for a case of statutory rape, human trafficking and smuggling. Previously he also did so with the constitutional ruling that prevents him from being a candidate for the country’s presidency again. He has also assured that Arce’s ‘traitorous government’ built a judicial and violent route to liquidate the ‘process of change’ promoted during his long administration of power and that makes the devalued, untouchable and unpunished ‘boss’ lick his lips.
