The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) will grant more than 600 Family Housing Bonds (BFH), through the Own Site Construction modality, for the regions of Arequipa, Madre de Dios, Puno, Moquegua and Tacna.
The purpose of the bonds is to contribute to reducing the housing gap and improve the quality of life of more Peruvians,

These are part of the 6,781 Techo Propio bonds that were allocated throughout the second and third calls.
When does registration begin?
Registration begins tomorrow, Wednesday, October 16, and ends on October 22. Those interested can participate through the technical entities authorized by the Mivivienda Fund and who can learn about HERE
Arequipa It is the region with the highest number of bonuses in this edition, a total of 198. Then there is Tacna with 154, Puno with 139, Moquegua 88 and Madre de Dios with 40.
In these calls, differentiated bonuses were established for 12 regions, where they will have an additional value ranging from S/ 36,462 to S/ 38,625; as is the case of Cajamarca, Loreto, Ucayali, Madre de Dios, Puno, Cusco, Amazonas, Apurímac, Ayacucho, Huánuco, Junín and Pasco.

Regions that are not included in that list will access the regular bonus of S/ 30,900, after registration and validation of requirements, such as having a minimum savings of S/ 2,317.50, not owning another home nationwide, as well as such as not having previously benefited from housing support from the State, among others.
In that sense, for both calls, 233 bonuses of this type have been distributed for Amazonas, 406 for Áncash, 217 for Apurímac, 184 for Ayacucho, 309 for Cajamarca, 150 for Cusco, 227 for Huancavelica, 275 for Huánuco, 466 for Ica, 340 for Junín, 497 for La Libertad and 339 for Lambayeque.
In Lima there are 421, in Loreto there are 377, in Pasco there are 203, in Piura there are 558, in San Martín there are 541, in Tumbes there are 91 and in Ucayali there are 328.
