A deceased person left the fatal accident that occurred this Sunday, after a car fell into the bed of the Mauroa River between the states of Zulia and Falcón.
Members of the Fire Department of the Miranda municipality in the state of Zulia went to the scene of the accident where a car fell into the void at the La Cooperativa sector pass. The vehicle caught fire and exploded with the driver on board.
The bridge in the La Cooperativa sector, the border point between the western states, suddenly collapsed on June 14, just as a vehicle from a data transmission company was driving over it. On that occasion one person died and three were injured.
The authorities reported at the site that it is likely that the driver, unaware of the road situation, did not notice the detour, continued straight and fell into the bed of the Mauroa River.
