Parents of the High Performance School (COAR) of Junín, held a protest outside the Regional Government of Junín (GRJ), to demand a new infrastructure, because the owner of the current premises asked them to leave for next year.

“There is no solution, there have been more and more promises for 10 years,” the parents explained. The new COAR infrastructure project already has land, however, there is no execution by the regional government. There are an average of 300 students who would be harmed.

The parents warn that if their request is ignored, they will continue with the protests in the coming days and the students will also take to the streets. The parents’ representatives entered the GRJ facilities to talk with the authorities.
