The Ministry of Economy indicated this Monday that they are within the legal deadlines to clarify to the monitoring area of the ASF the amounts related to the observations for 7.55 million pesos.
In 2020, to face the health and economic emergency of COVID-19, the federal government launched the financial support program for family micro-businesses, granting loans for 25,000 pesos to micro-businesses.
“The Ministry of Economy has sufficient elements and documentary evidence to clarify said amount, so follow-up work will begin with the ASF’s monitoring area,” the agency said in a statement on Monday.
This amount would begin to be paid from the fourth month of receiving the support, in 33 monthly installments of 823.70 pesos.
For financing microenterprises, 35,534.7 million pesos were programmed for word credits, of which 35,490.5 million pesos were exercised, according to the fourth quarterly report of 2020 from the Ministry of Economy.
Earlier this year, Economy called on people who received a credit in 2020 and 2021 to speak to make the refund and thus be able to benefit more people.
