Once both vehicles were already owned by Hurtado Grados’ company, Mitchell Efraín Quiñonez Ríos and Ronald Vidal Plejo Zevallos bought the cars for only S/500 each. After this acquisition, the aforementioned would have resold the vehicles for more than S/17,000.
For this reason, the Public Ministry requested that both citizens appear on October 25 to shed light on the purchase and sale of cars with the company of Hurtado Grados, who is currently serving 18 months of preventive detention ordered by the Judiciary.
